Job Summary

The End User Account Manager is responsible for driving HPs enduser business in Algeria with a strong focus on large accounts and strategic customers. The role requires deep understanding of the Algerian market dynamics existing ecosystems buying behaviors and procurement processes combined with disciplined execution of HPs gotomarket strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop relationships with large enduser accounts in Algeria including public sector large enterprises and key strategic customers.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of local market dynamics including competition pricing practices tender processes decision cycles and influencers.
  • Anticipate market trends customer needs and competitive moves to proactively position HP solutions.
    Develops and executes comprehensive strategic account plans for key clients aligning their business goals with the organizations offerings.
    Utilizes margin management techniques and engages with partners to improve win rates and solution delivery.
    Anticipates client needs and facilitates solution development in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
    Defines and pursues joint growth opportunities with partners leveraging the organizations portfolio.
    Anticipates and addresses potential risks to client relationships implementing strategies to mitigate negative impacts.
    Leads contract renewal negotiations manages pricing discussions and secures contract extensions while ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
    Analyzes account performance data tracks key performance indicators and provides data-driven insights to clients for continual improvement.
    Stays updated with industry trends market shifts and competitive landscape sharing insights and recommendations with clients.
    Provides guidance and mentorship to junior account managers assisting in their development and growth within the organization.

    Education & Experience Recommended
    • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience preferably in customer relationship management account management or a related field.
    • Proven experience in End User Sales in Algeria.
    • Demonstrated track record of working directly with large accounts and strategic customers in the country.
    • Solid understanding of Algerian market dynamics procurement practices and competitive landscape.
    • Experience managing complex opportunities tenders and multistakeholder deals.

    Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales Marketing Business Administration or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Fluent in French and English; Arabic is a strong asset.
