Job Summary
Under the responsibility of the Head of Benefits Payroll Personnel Administration and Internal Control you will operate at the operational level on Personnel Administration (GAP) and Payroll in compliance with legislative contractual and local and global Group HR policies. The image of the department and the satisfaction of internal clients and stakeholders are priorities for you.

Your responsibilities within the assigned scope are as follows:
Personnel Administration:
Manage employee administration from arrival to departure. Draft employment contracts and amendments writing certificates ensuring data entry and administrative processes in the HRIS.
Manage monitor and assist employees with Time Management (leave time tracking various requests etc.).
Payroll:
Actively participate in the execution of outsourced payroll on the ADP HR system: preparation of Payroll Variable Elements (EVP) declaration of entries and exits (Flexi ADP entries etc.)
Participate in the monthly payroll control according to the payroll calendar established with the provider.
Manage the processing of social charges and ensure their follow-up (URSSAF pension funds health insurance provident fund PERO etc.).
You bring your expertise in payroll and personnel administration to the continuous improvement of processes and data particular you are proactive regarding legal and regulatory developments.
Finally you may be asked to integrate these topics into the departments activities and to participate in various tasks and projects implemented within the Human Resources Department at the local and/or global level bringing your technical expertise.
Qualifications
Required Experience & Competencies
Ideally a minimum of 2/3 years of experience in the function enabling you to have a good grasp of personnel administration and payroll.
Basic legal and payroll knowledge.
Knowledge of the insurance sector and a Group HRIS would be a plus.

Digital Competencies:
Good command of Excel and knowledge of a payroll tool (ideally ADP Streamline).
Required Education
Minimum Bac4/5 in Human Resources Management (Business School University IAE etc.) or equivalent experience.
