Job Summary

This is a central hands-on role at the heart of the company.

You will work closely with customers Sales Customer Success Product Marketing and Operations. Your mission will be to help us serve customers better support sales execution structure internal processes and make sure things move forward.

This is not a narrow operations role. You will support customers prepare customer-facing materials help with pre-sales work improve internal workflows and use AI to create leverage across the team.

It is a strong fit for someone who wants to understand how a B2B SaaS company grows from the inside and is ready to take real ownership.

This is a Paris-based role with flexible work but it is not open to full remote. It requires regular collaboration with the team from our office in the 2nd arrondissement and full fluency in both French and English.

What you will do

Help customers succeed

You will help make sure customers get value from DinMo quickly and consistently.

  • Support new customer onboardings and implementation follow-up.

  • Help customers deploy data marketing use cases.

  • Handle support requests and make sure customers get clear useful and timely answers.

  • Prepare customer-facing documents reports meeting notes and follow-ups in both French and English.

  • Track customer usage satisfaction risks and opportunities.

  • Coordinate internally with Product and Tech when deeper investigation is needed.

  • Identify ways to improve the customer experience.

Support sales and pre-sales

You will help the team prepare better and move faster in customer and prospect conversations.

  • Help prepare demos POCs RFPs and customer workshops.

  • Structure materials for prospects and customers.

  • Research accounts summarize customer needs and prepare follow-ups.

  • Help turn customer use cases into clear business and product narratives.

  • Support Sales with operational follow-up and documentation.

  • Support international opportunities by preparing clear English materials and follow-ups.

Help us scale operations

You will help structure the way we work as the company grows.

  • Maintain and improve internal tools: CRM customer tracking dashboards.

  • Document and improve key processes across onboarding support customer success and sales.

  • Track important KPIs around usage deployment satisfaction and business impact.

  • Help prepare customer reporting and internal business reviews.

  • Use AI tools to automate repetitive work improve documentation and increase team productivity.

  • Identify what is slowing the team down and help fix it.
