Responsibilities span across sports and fitness equipment, apparel, and facility consumables across multiple locations. You'll be an individual contributor working alongside the Finance Team to maximize cost efficiency across the business. Creating processes, policies, and documentation you will build a trust-based relationship with business partners and managers across the business. Responsibilities: Build vendor relationships and negotiate competitive pricing to secure best prices on products and services Create, manage and track contract agreements with vendors to ensure obligations are met Maintain records of purchase requisition approvals, contracts, pricing, renewal date and other important procurement data Suggest new supply sources to diversify risk and maintain competitive costs Research market conditions to understand supply/demand factors and make educated plans and buying decisions based on this information Manage inventory levels and place replenishment orders according to production/demand planning needs Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure inventory levels are maintained and drive cost saving initiatives Prepare and send purchase orders.
