Job Summary:

The Senior Director of Pricing at Xponential Fitness will support pricing strategy and optimization efforts across all studios and brands within Xponentials portfolio. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Technology Officer this role will drive data-informed pricing strategies for membership plans ensuring competitive positioning and profitability across markets. The Senior Director will play a crucial role in refining Xponentials membership pricing strategy including promotional initiatives and cross-brand pricing alignment. This hands-on role requires an analytical leader experienced in dynamic pricing market analytics A/B testing and pricing execution with an understanding of membership-driven business models.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Optimize Pricing Models
    • Collaborate with Data Finance Operations and Strategy teams to build a robust pricing framework that aligns with brand objectives and consumer demand.
    • Partner with Data Analytics to incorporate diverse inputs and real-time data into pricing models ensuring effective scenario planning and pricing agility.
  2. Lead A/B Testing and Data-Driven Pricing Experiments
    • Design and execute A/B testing and other experimental pricing initiatives in studio settings to assess pricing sensitivity member acquisition and retention impacts.
    • Leverage testing insights to refine pricing strategies optimize promotional offers and improve membership engagement across brands.
  3. Support Financial Analysis and Impact Projections
    • Work closely with Finance to model revenue and profitability impacts of pricing adjustments membership options and promotional activities across brands.
    • Conduct scenario analyses to understand the subscriber and revenue implications of various pricing structures membership tiers and discounting strategies.
  4. Align Promotional and Go-to-Market Strategies
    • Partner with Operations to develop launch and communication strategies for pricing changes seasonal promotions win-back campaigns and bundled offers.
    • Translate insights from customer surveys into actionable pricing strategies and promotional activities ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  5. Drive Cross-Brand Pricing Consensus
    • Leverage data to generate buy-in from stakeholders and secure cross-functional support for pricing strategies that align with overall brand and market positioning.
    • Utilize insights into consumer spending behavior and willingness to pay to inform value-based pricing decisions.
  6. Champion an Agile Data-Driven Pricing Function
    • Continuously monitor industry trends customer sentiment and spending patterns to optimize pricing and promotional approaches.
    • Highlight and evaluate other monetization opportunities and their potential impact on different customer segments.
  7. Additional responsibilities as needed.

Pay Range: $160000-$200000

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in pricing analytics/developing pricing models or related fields with expertise in analytics-driven decision-making and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and executing pricing strategies that have resulted in increased revenue and profitability.
  • Background in subscription/membership-based services business highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in designing and conducting A/B testing or similar experimental pricing initiatives particularly within physical retail or studio environments.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis data modeling to support pricing decisions and provide actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and respond to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment working with various stakeholders to achieve goals.
  • Bachelors degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
