Responsibilities:
- Handling end to end recruitment process for special mandarin speaker position
- Doing business trip across Indonesia to do campus hiring
- Communicate with all users to understand the need of any requested information
- Handling job posting on several job portals, social media, websites, and do headhunting for specific roles
- Establish, complete, and implement the human resources and administrative management system of the company
- Handling recruitment projects and managing exit interviews
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, human resources or psychology related majors
- Having 3+ years related working experiences.
- Accustomed to use recruitment tools
- Willing to have business trip across Indonesia for campus hiring project
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) language
