Our clients are a conglomerate group that consisted of top well-known companies, not only having worldwide brands, but also huge in business size (one of them is Decacorn, valued more than USD 20 billion - Top 16 biggest unicorn worldwide). Their well-known brands are hiring for various prestigious roles. These roles would be their next future leader for the companies.
This group exclusively hiring with MatchaTalent, and opening for more than 100+ talents each year. The program would be starting on July 2022, collaborating with 50+ Management Trainees thatresponsible for various roles such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product, IT, Admin, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfilling the ordered task as required
- Joining workshop and training session
- Willing to give feedbacks or suggestion to develop the company
- Fulfilling the administration tasks.
- Contributing as a team player in each department
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Open for freshgraduate with no more than 3 years of working experience
- Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin
- Having mandarin certification (HSK level 4 or above) would be a plus
- Willing to participate and fulfill the Management Trainee program, including classes, activities, workshops, and field trainings
- Willing to be evaluated regularly
- Outspoken and vocal, able to give suggestions for improvement
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Having good proficiency in MS Office
