Job Requirements
Must have knowledge of MS Office Suite. The primary or moderate level technical command will be an added advantage.
Have a functional understanding of ZOHO in its entirety, eg. (ZOHO One) including Zoho CRM, Workplace, Finance, IT management, Analytics, Projects, Recruit, Desk, and Books.
Excellent implementation skills, getting customizations done and administration work related to Zoho and its related apps i.e., CRM, Desk, Forms, Recruit, etc.
Able to create and implement Blueprints and workflows regarding the clients’ requests to satisfy a project's needs from end to end.
Have a complete understanding of the process from Development to the end support. Complete knowledge about the system configuration and its setup.
Good knowledge to do technical documentation of the work.
