Job Description
- Assist customers’ technical requests and take care of any technical issues.
- Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve sustainable growth.
- Run the full sales cycle including cold emails, cold calls, and demo meetings till closing the deal and managing the deliverables.
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, marketing, or a similar degree.
- Experience in Cybersecurity.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Excellent Command in English.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Exp. in a start-up is a plus.
