Job Description
- Manage requisitions to meet target service level agreements.
- Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
- Cultivates external relationships with networking and internal relationships with key functional stakeholders.
- Search for talents through various sources.
- Maintain and develop organization tactics to meet KPI's targets.
Job Requirements
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Fluent skills of written and verbal English (is a must).
- Ability to manage several requests at the same time and to identify priorities.
- Computer skills, including web sourcing and Social Media Knowledge.
