Tender Engineer

Job Description

• Co-coordinating technical/commercial meetings to ensure post-tender clarifications are addressed & raised in time to get better Contract BOQs submission.
• A clear understanding of the scope of work & best estimation with respect to the execution of the project.
• Responsible to verify detailed quantity take-offs from tender documentation.
• Ensuring completeness of Sub-contract packages and availability of Sub-contract offers well in time.
• Ensuring the Indirect Cost Estimate is correctly prepared and considered in different items.
• Working with the Procurement department to ensure Vendor's Technical and Commercial Bid Evaluations are completed in a timely manner, in addition to assisting in pricing & the relevant BOQs.

• B.Sc. in Engineering
• English is a must.
• 5 - 7 years of experience.
• Experience in dealing with complex tenders.
• Experience in contract negotiation in a commercial environment.
• General MS Office Program skills.
• Good knowledge on Autocad.
• Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
