- Weekly Site inspection visits for material submission & implementation quality control according to drawings, specs & standards.
- Implementation workshop & detailed drawings
- Coordination between Arch. & MEP drawings.
- Preparing contractors Bill of Progress.
- Quantity survey.
- Tenders pricing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering
- Excellent in AutoCAD, MS Office and Presentation skills
- Good Engineering experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Finishing Works & Construction
