Job Description

• Leading a team of professional QC engineers through the whole SDLC to ensure high quality delivery of products and services.
• Managing Testing activities on a project includes estimating the effort.
• Participating in business requirements and designs reviews.
• Designing and writing test plans and scripts for both manual and automated testing.
• Resolving conflicts across the team.
• Build a challenging and motivating environment.
• Update management and early reporting project quality status.
• Communicating performance issues.
• Ability to understand new testing techniques, technologies, and tools

Job Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in software testing.
• 2+ years in leading Quality Control/Testing teams.
• Well versed with agile concepts and hand-on experience in agile testing.
• Very good understanding of the software development and testing process.
• Very good knowledge of software testing types and techniques.
• Very good reporting skills.
• Comfortably setting estimations and creating needed test plans.
• Good knowledge in testing estimation techniques.
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge in test script initiation and execution for Automation.
• Proven experience with UI & API Automation Testing (Selenium, Robot, or& JMeter preferable).
• SQL Scripting Knowledge in one or more enterprise RDBMSs (MYSQL, or& Oracle).
• Knowledge in working with test management tools.
• Performance testing Knowledge is a plus.
• Security testing Knowledge is a plus.
• Good work ethics, Team player, positive and self-motivated.
• Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills.
• Very Good command of the English language.
