Software Product Owner - Pharmacy

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field. • 4 – 6 Previous working experience as a Product Owner desirable • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills • Creative thinker with a vision Duties / RESPONSIBILITIES • Translating the business requirements into user stories targeting internal IT teams and other stakeholders (Dev, QA, Ops, Support Desk, etc.) including the creation of clear use cases or user stories based on business requirements. • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. • Work with engineering and QA teams to facilitate knowledge transfer or requirements for effective coding and testing. • Assist in coordinating appropriate levels of product training and information for all supporting operational groups • Assist in the creation of training materials, marketing materials, and support documentation and provide support in the creation of presentation materials or research as directed. • Develop and document metrics for quantifying associated business value for assigned projects. • Manage the effects and impact of requested changes to established projects, systems, and applications, as well as the identification and communication of project risks. • Support Sales and Marketing functions with curated product-related collateral.
