Job Description

We’re looking for aSenior Quality control Developerto Develop and lead the quality control team, process, projects, and documentation

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Quality Control team and coordinate their daily activities to ensure optimum planning of resources and a fully motivated competent workforce.
• Develop departmental policies and standard operating procedures as needed to effectively execute the principles and responsibilities of software quality control.
• Contribute to defining the acceptance criteria for business user stories along with the business team.
• Review the baseline design document developed by the Software Designer to ensure that the design complies with the client's requirements.
• Define proper test methods to be applied to the software.
• Create test plans for new or updated software projects and monitor the systems’ behavior to determine if the software will behave accurately and reliably according to documented requirements.
• Engage in creating the proper test cases for the software.
• Prepare a comprehensive test summary report for each software version for the stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly reports to proffer the accomplished tasks by the team.
