Responsibilities:
• Manage the company Insurance lines and report it to the COO.
• Manage all aspects of contract review as relates to insurance and bonds issues, including coordination of contract review with legal.
• Work with Brokers and Insurers to gather & review renewal information for insurance arrangements.
• Maintain & develop the company insurance policies (Marine, Inland, personal, robbery, trucking, fire?.?.etc.).
• Track and review the insurance process documentation to ensure that the documents are complete.
• Monitor insurance claims to ensure they are settled.
• Maintain & update the Insurance financial performance report.
