- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
- Performing up-selling, cross-selling, proposing options to meet customers' demands.
- Follow up with the clients to ensure their satisfaction level in terms of delivery, quality and communications.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Creating proposals & quotations, for Clients.
