Job Description
- Onboarding new hires in SDR/BDR & Sales
- Conducting regular knowledge checks through out all departments
- Planning, coordinating, and conducting of training for SDR/BDR & Sales teams
- Assist & Coach Sales/SDR by sharing information about the key techniques, practices, and tools that can support the work of the SDR/BDR & Sales teams
- Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.
- Provide local training/onboarding to the local entities.
Job Requirements
- Experience in a Sales or SDR/BDR role
- Experience in a sales enablement is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Team player with strong intrapersonal skills
