Sales Agent - Real Estate

Job Description

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Present, promote and sell Properties using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Carry out all the functions assigned by the direct manager

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-5 years of experience in Real Estate Field, Specifically in New Cairo.
• Highly Presentable.
• Proven track record of sales.
• Extensive knowledge in that field
• Strong communication skills, flexible, energetic.
• Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively.
• Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation. Trustworthy and results-driven.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with CRM
