Job Description

  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to concerned employee or department.
  • Answering,screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and equipment.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing,photocopy and faxing.
  • Saving files and creating a file for each Customer
  • Communicate with departments and coordinate work between them
  • Receiving customers' problems and following them up until they are solved

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Females only
  • V. good in speaking and writing English
  • Very good in using MS office (word-excel).
  • Very good organizational and communication skills.
  • Have a decent appearance
  • Strong personality and speaks eloquently
  • One day off
