Job Description Making appointments to meet new and existing customers. Understanding your customers’ needs. Making presentations to promote new products and special deals. Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt. Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits. Achieve sales targets set by the company. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters. Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure selling properties in projects around Egypt. Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking. Meet clients either in the office or outside (clients premises, developers premises, project site, etc...).
