Product Owner

• Effectively captures stakeholder needs and business value through engagement and analytical data.
• Defines the solutions for validated and known market problems by converting the business requirements to experience and technical requirement/user stories and maintaining a product backlog.
• Defines the backlog priorities to team.
• Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
• Works with team to groom and refine the backlog.
• Represents the customers and stakeholders as the principal decision-maker in the acceptance of stories.
• Perform User acceptance testing to validate the delivery scope.
• Work with an agile team of engineers to plan and clarify user stories and ensure the team iteratively delivers value to customers.
• Participates in Scrum events and ceremonies: Sprint Planning; Daily Stand-Ups; Demos and Retrospectives.
• Acts as a subject matter expert for their functional product area.
• Leads & Plans the deployment activities of product.
• Leads the implementation of the product to the clients.
• Shaping and Organizing Roadmap, Releases (Demos& Deployment) to the stakeholders.
• Support in Technical writing in product related questions for knowledge base articles and features documentation.
• Align with the scrum team to make sure all sprint ceremonies prerequisites are ready on time.

Requirements

• Familiar with the product design, development, and testing processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage people at all levels
• Excellent facilitation skills coupled with analytical ability and critical thinking
• Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet goals
• You are comfortable working with the rapidly evolving needs of a fast-growing company.
• Understanding of Agile/scrum framework. Scrum or Agile certificate is a plus
• High sense of responsibility and ownership, acting Like an owner in what you do
• Good attitude and willingness to develop and learn independently.
