Organizational Development Specialist

Job Description

• Developing and evaluating our annual performance evaluations, our performance improvement plans, and our probationary performance evaluations, reporting, and feedback, while ensuring that employees work effectively to meet and exceed the business expectations
• Developingand updating job descriptionsthrough job analysisto help articulate the most important job duties needed from an employee
• Delivering effective induction programs to familiarize employees with the company’s culture, benefits, and policies
• Identifying training and development needs and creating the TNA through interviews with employees, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with unit managers
• Implementing, analyzing, reporting, and setting action plans of employee satisfaction survey results
• Developing company policies and procedures to have an internal control system
• Creating organizational charts and head count reports on a monthly basis
• Developing HR documents, including evaluation forms and experience letters
• Developing methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting
• Recommending training and development systems
• Supporting and collaborating on the development of specific initiatives to drive employee engagement, organizational change, and organizational effectiveness programs

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
• 3 years of experience in the organizational development field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and Power Point
• Excellent command of English
