Job Description

• Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
• Conduct Audit visits to the branches and send daily audit reports.
• Make sure branches are operating in line with the company's rules and regulations.
• Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
• Documenting activities and creating audit reports.
• Making recommendations for improvement.
• Creating training materials and operating manuals.
• Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

Job Requirements

• Females only
• Proven experience as an operation specialist or Administrative Assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Very Good command of English language.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
