Our customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a connection, providing service information and resolving developing problems that our clients might face with precision and competence.
Your goal will be to ensure exceptional service standards and sustain high customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Graduates
- Multi-Tasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal English and Arabic skills
- Excellent live-chat communication skills
- Experience managing a high volume of outbound calls, and inbound chats
- Comfortably interacting with cross functional teams
- Experience working with intercom, Slack, Freshdesk, preferred
- Natural problem solver with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Flexible with shift basis "8 hours rotational shifts" and on-site
