Medical Manager ( Beauty Clinic )

Job Description

• Ensure that the Medical Staff is effectively organized for self-government with adequate By-Laws and regulations of the Medical Staff and Codes of Medical Ethics and effective functioning committees.
• Approves and authorizes all clinical policies and procedures of the facility.
• Ensures medical staff’s adherence to Clinical Policies, Medical Staff By-Laws, Rules and Regulations of the Medical Staff and Codes of Medical Ethics.
• Monitors OPD utilization and inpatients activities of the Clinic, including the length of stay, in all specialties/departments and recommends any corrective action to the Managing Director.
• Utilize business intelligence tools to provide sales insights to marketing and sales staf
• Review sales policies and update policies and curriculum as needed
• Identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives and explore ways to improve on sales metrics
• Communicate actively with sales teams in a given area to help foster a team environment
• Plan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights

Job Requirements

• BSc degree in Medical is a must
• MBA holder is highly preferable
• Experience 5-7 years of experience in medical management
