- Invoice processing
- Billing reconciliation, management and reporting for telecom
- AP Files Generation
- Reviews monthly telecommunication invoices, analyze and resolve discrepancies, which may require extensive research, involved with purchase orders, invoices, and receiving confirmations
- Strong Skills using Excel
Job Requirements
- No students/undergrads
- Excellent Communication Skills & English –Mandatory
- Flexible with working on US Time Shifts–Mandatory
- Demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service/support
- We need someone really experienced in Telecom Billing as per the responsibilities
