A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems principals with demonstrated knowledge in building energy systems and high performance design, especially HVAC systems and building management system and controls.
Demonstrated experience in technical writing and preparation of technical proposals.
Wide knowledge in energy efficiency and energy management fields.
Knowledge of building cooling load and energy simulation software programs such as eQUEST (DOE2), IES, Trane-Trace, and Carrier HAP.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office especially Excel.
Job Requirements
Strong Background in HVAC & MEP (preferably to be design experience)
Familiar with Energy Efficiency and Energy Management Concepts and principles.
Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is a plus.
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, able to work with a minimum of supervision.
Proficiency in English.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Strong outreach and communications skills, analytical skills, problem-solving, and self-motivation.
Proactive approach in thinking ahead, seeking resources to accomplish specific objectives, and providing the right information at the right time to people who need to know.
