Job Description
Required Competencies:
- Previous experience in high reputed Consultant Engineering Company.
- Previous experience in different type of projects (Hospitals, Hospitality, Residential, Administration buildings, Mixed Use Towers & Developments).
- Comprehensive knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA & international standards of HVAC & FIRE PROTECTION design & its erection.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC design standards and codes.
- Knowledge of authorities and government regulations in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
- High experience in design and plan layouts of equipment, duct, and piping systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HAP, HVAC load calculations, ventilation calculations,design tender package (Drawings, BOQ and Specifications) Detailed HVAC design as per Codes, creating ducting and piping layout, equipment selection.
- Able to set priorities and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
Job Requirements
Education / Experience:
- Years of experience: 7 - 10 years.
- B.Sc. degree in Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Power Engineering from a reputable University.
Computer Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, BIM Modellingand tools related to HVAC Department.
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel and Power Point.
