About the Job

• Responsible for all administrative work for all company branches.
• Responsible for conducting all the interviews conducted for appointment to the various positions of the company.
• Managing the human resources cycle from A to Z. Supervising human resources affairs.
• Review and update policies, procedures, salary surveys, and related decisions.
• Design and manage effective employee and new employee training and development programs.
• Staff performance appraisal and exit interview system.

Job Requirements

• 10 to 12 years of experience in the field of human resources and a proven experience of 3-5 years as HR manager.
• He has extensive experience in the field of call center and telesales.
• Human Resources Diploma
• Strong training, facilities and guidance.
• Effective cooperation with all levels of employees and superiors.
• The ability to handle confidentiality in a professional and appropriate manner.
