"General Manager" - In Garment Production

Job Description

• Manage all the factory operations and ensure that the factory is running profitably.
• Set clear goals for safety, customer experience and productivity and successfully deliver on them.
• Oversee production flow and implement new processes as required in order to improve efficiency and to support growth in new production line.
• Coordinate with marketing and merchansing team for future and present order status and product costing to discuss capacity status of the factory.
• Handle all production issues.
• Review all production planning, material planning and machinery planning is done or not.
• Responsible for the reduction of making cost.
• Follow-up day to day production from each line and ensures that production units meet the production target.
• Ensures that factory produce quality product at minimum alternation and repair cost and ensures that only quality goods are shipped.
• Motivate employees and enrich their knowledge.
• Ensures smooth flow of information and material from one department to another as you will resolve interdepartmental issues if there is any.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Must have worked in factories involved in apparel garments production.
• At least 10 years of experience in apparel/ Ready-made garments factory is amust in areas of clothing operation.
• Rich Experience in garment production in terms of process, quality, stock management sales forecast and waste utilization.
• Age not above 55 years old.
• Strong leadership qualities.

• Good interpersonal skills.
