About the Job

  • Ensure on time fulfillment of requirements for products from the warehouse to the customers
  • Follow up on the ordering cycle from receiving the orders, picking at the warehouse, loading the trucks and delivering to the market
  • Follow up on supply planning team to ensure the availability of products at the right time
  • Handling distributor orders
  • Receiving orders and consolidating in order file
  • Filtering and planning orders against available stock
  • Entering orders on SAP system
  • Communicate with 3PL on order plan and any order inquires
  • Preparing distribution plan per distributor branch and number of trucks
  • Develop transportation schedule and timing with delivery service providers as well as distribution centers.
  • Handling returns and raising related credit notes on system
  • Handling distributor original invoices , arrange them and send to related finance team
  • Handling distributors bonus process, filing claims and sending orders

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience within same field in a reputable pharma / FMCGs companies
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • Fluency in English & Arabic languages
  • Highly Professional in excel & Microsoft office
  • Structured Planning & analytical thinking skills
  • Self- starter with high problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, team player
  • Shows a strong desire to develop, accept new challenges, and eager to learn.
