Job Description

• We are seeking for a creative/experiencedStores and branchesHeadmanager to overseeallstores operations that include expanding store traffic and optimize sales in all SASA Stores across Cairo.
• You will be responsible for driving company objectives in profit andgrowing the revenues, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and shrink results.
• satisfaction and report analysis
• Developing store strategies to raise customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
• Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Effectively schedule for the stores.
• Ensure efficient day-to-day operation of the store.
• Responsible for recruitment, interviewing, and hiring across the store
• Lead consistent evaluation and development of in-store talent

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in fabric &curtains Industry
• Drive sales and profitability through customer
• More than 4 years of Experience in Textile industry or in a Similar field aMUST
