Accountant & Administrative Officer

Job Description

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of financial transactions and procedures
• Reconcile account payable transactions
• Perform the accounts payable process to ensure payment obligations are met in accordance with accounts payable policies and procedures
• Keeping track of all payments and office expenditures
• Verify payroll calculations
• Supervise petty cash and validate all cash transactions
• Monitoring bank accounts, managing cash flow and undertaking timely reconciliations
• Maintaining AP records and documents
• Communicate frequently with HQ account staff on matters relating to accounts payable transactions
• Others related AP tasks
• Assist Admin Manager in office administration tasks

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Account, Finance or related field required
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable
• Good knowledge in MS Office
• High degree of accuracy and attention to details
