Job Summary

  • Manage and supervise daily workshop operations
  • Lead train and evaluate workshop staff and technicians
  • Ensure timely and high-quality maintenance and repair services
  • Diagnose complex automotive issues and support technical teams
  • Monitor workflow productivity and efficiency improvements
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of work inventory and reports


  • Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of automotive systems diagnostics and repairs
  • Experience with heavy trucks (preferably Scania) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
