Job Summary
Responsible for the A2P business development of the company in the assigned region
Manage and oversee multiple client accounts ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that meet client objectives
Develop and manage project timelines and deliverables
Provide regular reporting and communication to clients and internal teams on project status and progress
Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue generation
Requirements
Previous experience in Saudi SMS Wholesale Industry (B2B Account Management Client Relations Media and Communication)
Solid knowledge about computing and the service of integrated messages with the telecommunication companies
Bachelors degree: Sales or Marketing or Business or any other
Excellent communication skills in an international environment
