Job Summary
Perform initial diagnostics to identify mechanical or technical issues accurately.
Log productive time when conducting diagnostics to ensure proper job costing.
Monitor the distribution and allocation of repair orders to ensure balanced workloads.
Maximize workshop productivity by ensuring a continuous workflow and appropriate application of labor times.
Ensure the quality of repair and maintenance services to support high standards and boost customer satisfaction.
Provide support to service advisors and technicians when interpreting complex customer complaints.
Accurately draft technical reports to reflect the nature of diagnosis repairs and parts used.
Prepare and submit monthly reports on departmental performance including productivity metrics and target achievements.
Monitor the utilization rates of workshop bays and available technician capacity.
BSC of Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2 years experience

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering or a related field. 35 years of experience in Procurement Purchasing or Automotive is preferred. Good knowledge of heavy commercial vehicles spare parts and automotive components. Strong supplier sourcing negotiation and vendor management skills. Ability to evaluate suppliers based on quality cost delivery and reliability. Good understanding of purchase orders quotations pricing and procurement processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good command of Microsoft Office especially Excel. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good English communication skills.
