Job Summary

  • Welcome and engage customers professionally to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Present Porsche vehicles and explain features specifications and benefits effectively.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drive coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Generate leads and follow up to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations and support customers through the sales process until delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer handover and delivery.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge market trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent the Porsche brand with professionalism and premium service standards.


  • Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in Sales preferably Automotive Premium Retail Luxury Sales or Customer Experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.
  • Valid driving license is preferred.
  • Ability to work under targets and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Required Skills:

    Supervise and monitor site activities and project execution. Coordinate with contractors suppliers and internal departments. Review technical drawings and project specifications.
