Job Summary
Identify and recommend suitable materials and production methods for marketing items.
Develop creative ideas for giveaways promotional materials and branded merchandise.
Obtain quotations compare prices and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value.
Source evaluate and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and printing houses.
Conduct site visits to suppliers and printers to ensure quality and production accuracy.
Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
Ensure final products are aligned with company branding and marketing objectives.
Control costs while maintaining quality standards.
Previous experience in marketing production procurement or a related field.
Good knowledge of materials printing techniques and promotional item sourcing.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure competitive prices.
Familiarity with the supplier market and printing houses.
Creative thinker with attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
