FP&A Analyst Temporary Contract

Financial Planning Budgeting & Forecasting

• Support the FP&A team in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts by collaborating with cross-functional departments to gather required financial information.
• Assist in analyzing financial data to identify trends variances key performance indicators (KPIs) and cost drivers.
• Contribute to improving forecast accuracy through ongoing financial analysis and insights.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly financial reports including variance analysis and commentary on business performance.
• Maintain and update financial models reporting tools and databases to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their financial needs and provide analytical support to support decision-making.

Process Improvement & Strategic Projects

• Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes reporting efficiency and overall team effectiveness by implementing best practices.
• Support initiatives that enhance the budgeting and reporting process while contributing to a sustainable team workload and work-life balance.
• Participate in finance transformation projects including the Tracking Tools Transformation initiative.

Qualifications :

• Education: Bachelors degree in finance accounting economics or a related field.
• Analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel experience with financial modeling and analysis tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Power BI experience is a plus
