Job Summary
Were launching Account Wave 0 and looking for Spanish-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join our New Cairo team on a full-time on-site basis.
Fresh graduates and dropouts are welcome to apply!
What youll do:
- Handle customer interactions with efficiency and empathy
- Deliver tailored solutions that meet each customers needs
- Create a positive customer experience through clear communication and professional phone etiquette
Qualifications :
What youll bring:
- Fluency in Spanish (B2/C1) a MUST
- Strong customer service and support skills
- Sharp problem-solving active listening and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role and familiarity with CRM tools a plus!
- Flexibility to work night and overnight shifts
