About The Job
We are looking for a Vibration Analyst to strengthen our global team with expertise in analyzing the mechanical condition of Decanter Centrifuges and High Speed Separators primarily through vibration this role you will be responsible for analysing and reporting machine health contributing to the development of our condition monitoring systems and helping automate analysis and processes. This includes analysing data from machines operating worldwide maintaining accurate system functionality supporting sales and service teams delivering training and helping develop internal support tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain vibration analysis knowledge around decanter centrifuges and high speed separators
- Analysis and reporting of machine condition to users and secure that latest status/info is updated accordingly in the online platform
- Continuous follow-up and support of condition monitoring contracts as per T&Cs
- Support and train Sales Companies around condition monitoring services
- Support the development and maintain internal condition monitoring documentation and communication
- Participate in tests of new equipment and prototypes for existing and new customers
- Identify improvement opportunities to make analysis and processes more efficient
- Support standardizations of condition monitoring products and services within Alfa Laval
What You Know
You have at least three year of relevant work experience and a strong foundation in dynamic mechanics either through education or work experience. A background with separation technologies or other rotating equipment is highly desirable. Experience working in international environments is considered a plus as is a background in service maintenance or working with control systems or electronics. Certification in vibration analysis particularly CAT II or CAT III in line with ISO 18436-2 is a significant advantage.

You hold a bachelors or masters degree in engineering or bring equivalent professional experience. You are fluent in English and a confident communicator both verbally and in writing. You are self-motivated results-oriented and capable of working independently to meet defined targets. You demonstrate a proactive mindset and respond quickly and effectively to customer needs.
You are highly motivated to succeed in your work and bring a strong will to learn and grow. You are open to giving and receiving feedback and you actively seek ways to improve. You are service-minded and decisive with the ability to make informed decisions based on technical facts and analysis. With excellent analytical skills a collaborative spirit and the ability to build relationships across functions and cultures you thrive in a global fast-paced environment.
