Job Summary

Would you like to gain hands-on experience close to top management in a leading Scandinavian company We are looking for a curious and structured Student Analyst to join Trygs Executive Office and support strategic processes analysis and decision-making at the highest level.

About the role Support to top management

As a Student Analyst in Executive Office you will become part of a dedicated team working closely with Trygs Executive Board. You will support senior colleagues with recurring strategic processes management presentations and coordination tasks that create clarity and momentum across the organisation.

Your tasks will include both recurring responsibilities and ad hoc assignments giving you a broad exposure to strategy execution and executive-level support.

Your tasks will include:

  • Contributing to quarterly strategy follow-up for the Executive Board including data collection and Excel-based analysis
  • Coordinating with stakeholders across Tryg in relation to strategy processes and meeting preparation
  • Assisting in preparing presentations and decision support for senior management and Board-level meetings
  • Supporting strategic analysis business development tasks and competitor monitoring
  • Quality assuring material to ensure high standards and clear communication
  • Handling ad hoc tasks depending on business priorities


Common to all tasks is that they support top management decision-making and we therefore expect a high level of responsibility and attention to detail.
You will work closely with experienced Business Partners and Advisors who will support your development and act as sparring partners in your day-to-day work.

About you Analytical and eager to learn

To succeed in this role it is important that you are motivated by working with data structure and strategic topics and that you enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders across an organisation.

We are looking for a colleague who:

  • Has a strong interest in strategy business development and the insurance industry


We imagine that you are currently studying a relevant degree within business economics finance political science strategy engineering IT or similar. You are likely in the later part of your bachelors or early in your masters.

Experience from a previous student job is an advantage but your motivation and willingness to learn are most important.

Fluency in a Scandinavian language and professional-level English is required.

We offer a flexible student position of approximately 15 hours per week with consideration for your studies and exam periods. The position is based in Ballerup.
