About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and creativeSocial Listening & Insights Specialistto join our vendor this role youll leverage cutting-edge tools and deep platform knowledge to uncover actionable insights that drive brand strategy campaign performance and consumer understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyse brand health industry trends competitive landscape and campaign performance through social listening tools

• Build and refine complex Boolean queries to extract meaningful data

• Interpret and report on social media metrics across platforms like Meta X (Twitter) LinkedIn YouTube and others

• Create and present data-driven reports and insights that inform marketing product and strategy teams

• Provide strategic recommendations based on real-time consumer sentiment and social media trends

• Maintain a strong understanding of country-specific target markets and cultural nuances

What Youll bring:

• 23 years of hands-on experience as a Social Listening Expert Social Media Analyst Strategist or Consumer Insights Analyst

• Strong knowledge of key social media platforms and how users engage on each

• Experiencewith analytics tools such asBrandwatch Crimson Hexagon Meltwater Sprinklr Synthesio Talkwalker Sprout Social Digimind Sysomos or similar

• Boolean query-writing skills for deep-dive insights

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights

• A deep understanding of regional and cultural dynamics in social media behaviour

• Native level proficiency in Danish language (essential)

• Professional level proficiency in English (essential)
