Key Responsibilities
Identify required permits for planned work activities
Maintain overview of permits including status and deadlines
Prepare and submit applications to municipalities and authorities
Follow up on approvals and ensure permits are in place before work starts
Maintain structured documentation and clear tracking
Support project teams with permit planning and timelines
Qualifications & Skills
Experience with coordination administration or similar roles
Experience from construction or industrial projects is an advantage
Structured detail-oriented and proactive
Comfortable contacting authorities and handling applications
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Languages: Danish and English
Required Skills:
Experience: Previous experience in administration customer service or access control is an advantage but not required. Experience from construction is beneficial. Skills: Strong administrative and organizational abilities. Attention to detail and reliability. Clear and professional communication skills across different stakeholder groups. Ability to remain structured and approachable in a fast-paced environment. Education: Secondary education (e.g. high school) or equivalent. Other Requirements:
