A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end analytics solutions from requirements to deployment and optimization
• Ensure analytics products meet Enterprise Operations Insights standards for data modelling UX design and storytelling
• Drive adoption of AI-ready data practices ensuring data is structured for scalability and AI consumption
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering to align on architecture dataflows and optimized data structures
• Actively contribute to building testing refining and improving AI-driven analytics solutions
• Drive stakeholder engagement through clear communication proactive updates and expectation management

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelors degree with 37 years of experience in analytics business intelligence or application development
• Strong experience with Power BI DAX and SQL for analytics development
• Experience designing data models and delivering scalable analytics solutions
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional global environments with strong stakeholder interaction
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure Snowflake) and modern data architectures
• Strong communication ownership mindset and continuous improvement approach

Experience with UX/UI principles and familiarity with supply chain concepts are beneficial. Exposure to AI-driven analytics and modern development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot VS Code) is an advantage.
