Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Analyst to join an international project within the insurance domain. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders delivery teams and technical experts to analyze requirements support solution design and contribute to the successful implementation and enhancement of Guidewire-based solutions.

Responsibilities

Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes needs and objectives
Translate requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories
Work closely with development testing and architecture teams throughout the project lifecycle
Support solution design and ensure alignment with business expectations
Facilitate workshops meetings and requirement clarification sessions
Participate in testing activities including test case reviews and user acceptance testing support
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices
Maintain project documentation and ensure requirements traceability
Support stakeholders during implementation and change management activities

Requirements

Experience working on Guidewire projects
Understanding of insurance business processes and systems
Experience gathering analyzing and documenting requirements
Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Professional working proficiency in English
