Job Summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a digital services company providing B2B services including marketing technology analytics and operational support to international brands. They are looking to hire Russian speaking Tech Support & Web Operations Specialist for their offices in Limassol Cyprus.

Position: Tech Support & Web Operations Specialist

Location: Limassol Cyprus

Work model: on-site 100%

Employment type: full-time.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshoot operational or user-related technical issues

  • Manage internal IT support processes including Google Workspace administration employee onboarding/offboarding access management VPN setup and basic network troubleshooting

  • Prepare and maintain company laptops software access and technical equipment for employees

  • Support user account setup platform access and operational troubleshooting across internal systems

  • Test websites and internal platforms to ensure smooth functionality and positive user experience

  • Publish and update landing pages banners blogs and website content through CMS/CRM systems

  • Monitor and manage analytics tools subscriptions and third-party service integrations across digital platforms

  • Support website maintenance operational updates and platform performance monitoring

  • Track competitor activity GEO-level performance and market trends while preparing operational reports for stakeholders

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support operational efficiency and technical processes.

Requirements

  • Native/fluent in Russian both verbal and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)

  • Basic knowledge of IT support troubleshooting and operational systems

  • Understanding of websites domains analytics tools and CMS platforms

  • Experience with Google Workspace/Gmail administration is considered an advantage

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues independently

  • Organised proactive and detail-oriented mindset

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Good English communication skills for platforms documentation and operational tasks

  • Russian language is considered an advantage

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
