About the Role
Our client is looking for a meticulous and performance-driven QA Specialist to ensure the highest standards of quality across customer interactions and internal processes.
You will be responsible for monitoring evaluating and improving operational quality while working closely with team leaders and management.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and assess customer interactions in line with company standards and compliance requirements.
Conduct quality evaluations and provide constructive feedback to teams.
Prepare QA reports and identify trends strengths and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with Team Leaders and department managers to enhance overall performance.
Assist in developing quality assurance procedures and best practices.
Support coaching initiatives aimed at improving employee effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Ensure consistency and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Quality Assurance role or similar position. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to deliver feedback professionally and effectively. Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are considered an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
