This is a quota-carrying role focused on acquiring and expanding relationships with FX CFD crypto prop trading and financial services firms. You will manage complex sales cycles engage senior decision-makers and help clients solve critical operational technology and risk management challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Own Revenue Generation
Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
Manage the entire sales cycle from qualification through contract signature.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Develop account strategies for target prospects and strategic accounts.
Run Consultative Sales Processes
Conduct structured discovery to uncover business challenges priorities and buying criteria.
Quantify business impact and build compelling business cases.
Navigate complex buying committees and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
Deliver tailored presentations and product demos aligned with customer objectives in collaboration with Technical Solutions Engineers.
Provide customised commercial proposals to win new business.
Forecast and Manage Pipeline
Maintain accurate CRM records opportunity stages and next steps.
Produce reliable sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Understand conversion metrics and actively manage funnel performance.
Prioritize opportunities based on qualification criteria and likelihood to close.
Collaborate Across Teams
Partner with Product Marketing Onboarding and Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Capture market feedback and customer insights to influence product direction.
Support customer onboarding and expansion opportunities when required.
Represent the Company
Attend industry conferences trade shows webinars and networking events.
Build credibility as a trusted advisor within the brokerage and fintech ecosystem.
Develop relationships with key industry stakeholders globally.
Requirements
Must-Have Experience
3 years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience.
Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue targets.
Experience selling complex software technology or trading SaaS solutions.
Experience managing sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
Strong discovery qualification negotiation and closing skills.
Strong CRM skills and pipeline discipline.
Preferred Experience
